Family Resilience™, A Whole-Family Approach to Wellness on Long Island
It’s 7:14 AM on a Tuesday. One kid won’t get out of bed. One won’t stop bouncing off the walls. Your partner slept badly again. You haven’t sat down yet and you’re already behind. If your whole house feels like it’s running on empty in five different ways, this page is for you.
Your family isn’t four separate problems. It’s one system.
When everyone's tired but for totally different reasons
Let’s just say it.
One person isn’t sleeping. Somebody’s stressed and snappy. A kid can’t focus. You’re wiped out by mid-afternoon. And dinner has quietly turned into something nobody looks forward to.
So you do what any parent does. You try to fix it. Supplements for one. Earlier bedtime for another. Cleaner snacks for everybody. You book an appointment for one kid, then a different appointment for someone else, and you’re back in a waiting room again wondering when you last had a full night’s sleep yourself.
Everyone’s getting a little bit of help. Nothing’s really shifting.
And somewhere in there you start to think the problem is you. That if you were just more organized, more on top of it, the whole house would run smoother.
It isn’t you.
Here’s the part nobody says out loud. Almost all wellness advice looks at one person, one symptom, one fix. So you end up holding four sets of recommendations, four opinions, four plans. And one exhausted person trying to run all of it at the same time.
Maybe the problem was never any single person in your house. Maybe it’s the way it’s all wired together.
Your family is one system, not four separate people
Think about your own home for a second.
When one person isn’t sleeping, everyone feels it. When a kid is wrestling with focus or big feelings, the whole routine starts bending around them. When a parent is running empty, meals get harder, movement disappears, patience gets thin, and everybody quietly adapts.
Your family doesn’t ignore that stuff. It absorbs it. One person’s rough patch slowly becomes the whole household’s rhythm.
That’s not a discipline problem. That’s just how families work. You’re connected, so the stress moves around. The trouble is, most help acts like you’re not connected at all.
So you keep chasing five separate things. When a lot of the time, you’re actually looking at one pattern showing up in five different people.
Five problems. Or one family pattern?
Picture a pretty ordinary house.
Mom’s wiped by mid-afternoon. Dad’s sleeping badly. The teenager is stressed and irritable most days. The younger one can’t settle to focus. And dinner has become chaos.
At first glance that’s five different problems for five different people. But step back for a sec.
Late nights may push sleep later. Poor sleep may wreck the morning. Rushed mornings may mean breakfast gets skipped. A skipped breakfast may hit energy and mood by midday. Tired, stressed parents may lean harder on convenience food and screens just to survive the evening. More screens may push bedtime later again. And then tomorrow the whole thing starts over.
Sometimes the most useful place to step in isn’t the loudest symptom. It’s the quiet pattern sitting underneath all of them.
That’s the thing HolistIQ is actually built to look for.
(We say “may” and “can” on purpose. We’re not claiming this is exactly what’s happening in your house. We’re saying it’s worth a proper look.)
A different way to think about family wellness
Most programs start with a goal like “fix the sleep” or “fix the picky eater.”
Family Resilience™ starts somewhere else. What is your whole household adapting to? Because before you go changing five things at once, it helps to understand what’s driving them.
Instead of chasing every symptom separately, we look across the areas that shape everyday health for all of you. Sleep. Nutrition. Stress. Movement. Recovery. The home environment. Your daily routines.
Then we ask the question that actually matters. Where could the smallest realistic change create the biggest effect across the whole family?
That’s the program. Not more information. Not a longer checklist. A clear sense of what to do first.
This is the work Dr. Anubha Goel has been doing for over twenty years. She’s a board-certified holistic health practitioner who has worked with more than 3,500 people and families, and she’s seen the same thing over and over: the household that feels the most tangled is usually the one where a couple of connected patterns are quietly running the show. Every family plan is built around your household’s own patterns, not a template handed to everyone. (More about Dr. Anubha Goel here.)
Meet Family Resilience™
Family Resilience™ is a coordinated wellness pathway for your whole household, built around your HolistIQ HealthPrint™.
Not four separate plans. Not a stack of recommendations for you to sort through alone. Not another program that assumes everyone in the family needs the exact same thing.
One plan. Built for how your family actually lives.
This may sound familiar
Everyone in the house seems tired, but for different reasons. Meals, bedtime, or screens have turned into daily negotiations. One kid’s needs seem to set the rhythm for the whole household. You’ve tried fixing the food, the supplements, the sleep, the routines, and nothing sticks. Different people are getting different advice and you’re the one trying to connect it all. You know your family could be healthier, you just don’t know what to tackle first. And you’re taking care of everyone else while quietly putting yourself dead last.
If you’re reading that and thinking “yep, that’s us,” you’re not alone. That’s exactly where most families start.
What your family's support may include
Based on your HealthPrint™, your plan may include personalized nutrition guidance for the household, sleep and routine strategies, stress-management support for both kids and adults, movement that fits real family life, recovery and daily-rhythm adjustments, supplement suggestions when appropriate, and regular check-ins as your family changes.
Because no two households arrive here for the same reasons. And no two family plans should look the same.
What makes HolistIQ different
Regular medical care gives you valuable information. But it doesn’t always explain why one family with pretty normal results still feels stretched thin and stuck.
Your HolistIQ HealthPrint™ is designed to help identify broader patterns across your household that may be shaping how everyone’s feeling day to day. It gives added context alongside the medical care your family already has.
After twenty-plus years and thousands of families, one thing became really clear to Dr. Goel. Families with similar-looking symptoms often need very different starting points. So we don’t build plans around labels. We build them around your patterns. Not to blame anyone. Not to add another job to your list. Just to help you finally see what’s connected, and where to begin.
What if a family member is already seeing a specialist?
Good. Keep going. Family Resilience™ is not here to replace your pediatrician, your therapist, your doctor, or anyone else on your family’s care team.
Plenty of the families we work with have a kid in therapy, or a teen with an IEP at school, or a parent managing something with their own physician. That’s exactly the kind of situation this program is built to sit alongside.
What we do is different. We help you strengthen the everyday foundations, sleep, food, stress, routines, that support whatever care your family is already getting. Always talk to your own providers before making changes to any treatment or medication.
What we actually measure
Most programs would hand you a to-do list a mile long. We’d rather help you notice the stuff you can actually feel.
Bedtime getting easier. A kid with more energy after school. Dinner feeling less like a standoff. The family moving more without you scheduling another “health activity.” Fewer meltdowns. A calmer morning. You finally feeling like you’re part of the plan too, not just the one managing everyone else’s.
Because a healthier house rarely shows up as one dramatic before-and-after. It shows up quietly. It’s “this is what we’re trying to do” slowly turning into “this is just how our family lives now.”
Where your journey begins
Every Family Resilience™ journey starts with a HolistIQ Family Discovery Assessment™. Before we build anything, we want to understand what your household is actually dealing with.
Your Discovery Assessment looks at your family’s concerns, routines, lifestyle, and wellness patterns together. You’ll walk away with a clearer sense of what patterns are showing up, what might be worth prioritizing first, where your family could realistically start, and whether Family Resilience™ is even the right next step for you.
It also includes your HolistIQ HealthPrint™ and a private consultation with Dr. Anubha Goel.
Investment: $299. If you enroll in a Family Resilience™ program within 14 days, $199 is credited toward your program.
Because the point isn’t to hand you more information. It’s to give you a starting place that finally makes sense for your household.
Three paths forward
These aren’t just three lengths of the same thing. They’re three different depths of support, depending on how tangled the patterns have gotten and how long they’ve been running.

RESET™ · 3 Months · $1,495
Get clear. Get organized. Get moving. Best for families who know things need to change but honestly don’t know where to begin. We find the patterns, set a few priorities, and build the first routines that create some momentum.
“We just need to know where to start.”
RECOVER™ · 6 Months · $2,495
Build the habits until they actually hold. Best for families where the patterns have been around a while, or where past changes never lasted. Everything in Reset, plus deeper support, troubleshooting, accountability, and adjustments as you go.
“We’re tired of things not sticking.”
TRANSFORM™ · 12 Months · $3,995
For families who need a longer runway. Best for more layered situations and long-standing routines, or families who just want steady guidance while the new way of living becomes normal. This is the one where the plan gets rebuilt around your progress instead of set once and left alone.
“We want this to become how we actually live.”
Not sure which one fits? That’s exactly what the Discovery Assessment is for. You don’t have to pick before you talk to us.
Is Family Resilience™ the right fit?
If it’s really one person in the house who needs the focus, we may point you somewhere more specific. When a child’s focus, anxiety, or regulation is the main concern, our NeuroResilience™ program is built around that. When it’s you, the parent, running on empty and carrying the whole load, Caregiver Resilience™ is made for exactly that.
Family Resilience™ is the right fit when it’s the whole household. When several people are struggling at once, the routines have gotten tangled, and you need one coordinated plan instead of five separate ones. Not sure which lane you’re in? That’s what the Discovery Assessment sorts out. Dr. Anubha will point you toward the right path.

Questions families ask
No, and that’s kind of the whole point. Instead of a separate plan for each person, we look at your household as one connected system and build a single coordinated blueprint. It covers what’s individual (what each person may need) and what’s shared (the changes you make together), so you’re not the one stuck juggling five plans at once.
Not at all. Family Resilience™ works alongside the care your family already has. We focus on the everyday foundations like sleep, food, stress, and routines that support whatever else is going on. Always keep talking to your own providers about any medical questions or changes.
No. HolistIQ is a holistic wellness practice. We don’t diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or developmental condition, including autism or ADHD. Our role is to support your family’s everyday patterns through nutrition, lifestyle, and stress-focused guidance. Anything medical stays with your physician.
We offer supportive care around the everyday things like sleep, routines, nutrition, and household stress that can affect the whole family’s wellbeing. We do not treat autism, and we’re not a replacement for your child’s therapists or specialists. For families navigating this, we sometimes work alongside partners like Sensory Island here on Long Island. The Discovery Assessment is the best place to talk through whether we’re a good fit for your situation.
It’s an assessment designed to help identify broader patterns that may be shaping how your family is feeling. It gives added context alongside your family’s medical care and helps shape the recommendations in your plan.
You start with the HolistIQ Family Discovery Assessment™ at $299, and $199 is credited toward any program you enroll in within 14 days. Programs range from $1,495 for the 3-month RESET™ up to $3,995 for the 12-month TRANSFORM™.
Not necessarily. A lot of families start with the parent carrying the mental load, and we build out from there. The Discovery Assessment helps figure out who to involve and how.
Anytime. Families join when they’re just starting to notice things feel off, or when they’ve been stuck in the same loop for years. There’s no perfect moment. There’s just the decision to stop guessing.

Imagine
A house where bedtime isn’t a fight. Mornings that don’t start behind. A kid with steadier energy after school. Dinner that feels like dinner again. Everyone a little more patient, a little more rested. And you, finally, part of the plan instead of just the one running it.
Your family has been adapting to a lot for a long time. Now it’s time to understand the pattern underneath it.
Because you don’t have to fix everything at once. You just have to start by understanding what matters first.
It all begins with your HolistIQ Family Discovery Assessment™.
