Autism Wellness & Support on Long Island, A Whole-Person Approach
Your child is not a puzzle to solve or a problem to fix. They’re a whole person, with their own way of moving through the world. And you’ve got a folder full of appointments, reports, and recommendations, and you’re the only one holding all of it at once. If you’re tired of being the one who connects every piece alone, this page is for you.
Your child is more than a diagnosis. Their wellness deserves the whole picture.
You're already doing so much. You shouldn't have to connect every piece alone
Let me just say it.
You’ve got a team. A doctor. A school. Maybe OT, speech, PT, a behavioral or mental health person, a specialist or two. Each one is helping with something real.
But you’re the one holding the whole picture. You’re the one noticing that bedtime has gotten harder. That meals have shrunk down to the same few foods. That certain places or transitions can tip the whole day sideways. That your child holds it together all day and then comes home completely wiped out.
Or maybe things are actually going okay right now, and you’re just sitting with that quiet question in the back of your mind. “Is there something else I should be paying attention to?”
Nobody’s really looking at all of it at once. Everyone has their lane. And you’re the one driving between all the lanes, trying to make it add up.
That’s exhausting. And it’s not a job you should have to do by yourself.
The missing piece may not be another therapy
Here’s the thing I’ve seen again and again.
Sometimes what’s missing isn’t one more appointment or one more thing to try. It’s someone stepping back and looking at how the pieces already in front of you connect.
Sleep affects mood. Mood affects focus. A hard transition in the morning can shape the whole rest of the day. These everyday things don’t happen in separate boxes. They lean on each other. And when you’re deep in the day-to-day, it’s almost impossible to see the pattern from the inside.
That’s the part I help with. I look at the broader everyday wellness picture around your child and your family. We look for patterns together, find the practical areas that actually deserve attention, and pick the few priorities that make the most sense to start with.
The goal is never to change who your child is. It’s to help you step back and see the whole picture. You know your child better than anyone. I just help you see it all at once.
I’m Dr. Anubha Goel. I’m a board-certified holistic health practitioner, and I’ve spent over twenty years and more than 3,500 clients doing this kind of whole-person work. Not protocols handed to everyone. Plans built around the actual person in front of me. (More about me here.)
Start with the person, not a protocol
Here’s where I start, and it’s probably different from what you’re used to. Not with a deficit. Not with a list of what’s “wrong.” With your child.
What lights them up. What they’re drawn to. What calms them down, and what sets them off. The things they’re good at that nobody writes in a report. Because that’s the actual person we’re building around, and it matters just as much as the hard parts.
And autism looks different in every single person. One child struggles most with sleep. Another eats only a small handful of foods. Another is always seeking movement. Another finds certain rooms, routines, or transitions really demanding. Same word, completely different kids. Every family’s priorities are different on top of that too.
So there’s no one-size-fits-all autism plan here. There can’t be. The whole point is to start with your child, as they are, and your family, and go from there. Never to make your child into someone they’re not.
This may be a fit if
Bedtime or sleep has become difficult. Mealtimes are stressful, the food list is short, or hydration is a worry. You want to support movement and physical wellness in everyday life. Certain routines, transitions, or environments seem to make the day harder. Your child has several providers but you still feel like you’re the one connecting everything. You’re drowning in conflicting wellness information. You’d rather have a few clear priorities than another long list of things to try. You want your family’s routines and your own wellbeing counted in too. And you keep quietly wondering, “what should we actually focus on next?”
If you’re nodding at even a few of those, you’re in the right place.
What your child's support may include
Depending on your family’s priorities, your personalized wellness plan may look at sleep and bedtime routines, nutrition and mealtime patterns within appropriate scope, movement and physical wellness, daily and sensory routines, stress and regulation through the demanding parts of the day, and family and caregiver wellness. Because one person’s needs ripple through the whole household’s rhythm.
You don’t need twenty more things to do. You need help figuring out which few things matter most right now.
What makes my approach different
Most support looks at one piece at a time. One provider for sleep, one for feeding, one for regulation. All of it useful. None of it stepping back to look across the whole thing.
That stepping-back is what I do. I don’t just look at the pieces. I help you see the pattern between them. We begin with your family’s priorities, look across those everyday areas for meaningful patterns, pick realistic places to start, and adjust as your child’s needs change.
Not to label. Not to add to your plate. Just to help you finally see what’s connected and where to begin.
Your existing team stays your team
This part matters, so I want to be really clear about it.
I don’t replace anyone already caring for your child. HolistIQ does not treat or cure autism. What I offer is supportive wellness guidance around the modifiable everyday things like sleep, food, movement, routines, and stress, designed to work alongside the medical, developmental, therapeutic, nutritional, behavioral, mental health, and educational care your child already has.
When it helps, I can coordinate wellness priorities with the professionals already supporting your child. Keep every one of them. I’m one more set of hands, pointed at the everyday picture.
What we actually look at
I’m not here to measure how “severe” anything is. I’m here to help you notice the everyday stuff that actually makes life feel easier.
Bedtime getting a little smoother. A morning that doesn’t start in a battle. More comfort through a transition that used to be hard. A slightly wider range of foods. Your child having a bit more left in the tank after school instead of melting down the second they walk in. And you, feeling like you finally have a handle on what to focus on next.
Those small, real, everyday wins are the whole point. They add up quietly.
Where it begins
Every journey starts with a HolistIQ Autism Wellness Discovery Assessment™. Before I recommend anything, I want to understand your child, your family, what’s already working, what feels hard, and what support is already in place.
Together we’ll look at your current concerns and your child’s strengths and interests, their health and developmental history, sleep and daily routines, nutrition and mealtime patterns, movement, sensory and environmental considerations, the medical, school, and therapy support already in place, and your family’s own routines and wellbeing.
Then we step back and ask the real questions. What patterns are showing up? What deserves attention now? And what can honestly wait?
Investment: $299. If you enroll in a program within 14 days, $199 is credited toward your program.
When it’s appropriate and you want it, the HolistIQ HealthPrint™ can be added as an optional complementary wellness assessment. It is not an autism test, it does not diagnose anything or measure autism severity, and it does not replace lab work, medical evaluation, or evidence-based autism services. For eligible remote families, that assessment may use submitted hair and nail samples.
Three paths forward
You don’t choose based on how “severe” things are. You choose based on how much support your family needs right now. After your Discovery Assessment, I’ll point you toward the one that fits.

Questions families ask
No. I want to be completely clear about this. HolistIQ does not treat, cure, or diagnose autism or any medical condition. This is a supportive wellness program focused on modifiable everyday factors like sleep, nutrition, movement, routines, and stress. It’s designed to work alongside your child’s medical, developmental, therapeutic, and educational care, not replace any of it.
Not at all. Your existing team stays your team. I work alongside the professionals already supporting your child, and when it’s helpful, I can coordinate wellness priorities with them. Please keep every provider you have.
It’s an optional complementary bioenergetic wellness assessment that helps organize what we’re seeing across everyday areas of wellbeing. It is not an autism test. It doesn’t diagnose conditions or measure autism severity, and it never replaces lab testing, medical evaluation, or evidence-based autism services.
Possibly, yes. Because everything starts with your family’s actual priorities rather than a fixed protocol, the program adapts to where your child is. The Discovery Assessment is the honest place to figure out whether I can be useful for your situation.
Yes, if that’s a priority for you. One person’s needs affect the whole household’s rhythm, so family and caregiver wellbeing can absolutely be part of the plan. You’re allowed to be part of this too, not just the one managing everyone else.
You start with the HolistIQ Autism Wellness Discovery Assessment™ at $299, and $199 is credited toward any program you enroll in within 14 days. Programs range from $1,495 for the 3-month Foundation up to $3,995 for the 12-month Partnership.
No. I support families across Long Island and Nassau County, and virtual wellness support is available for families beyond the area. For eligible remote families, the HealthPrint™ assessment may use submitted hair and nail samples.
Whenever you’re ready. Some families come in when something’s clearly hard. Others come in when things are going okay and they just want to make sure nothing’s being missed. Both are fine reasons to start.
Imagine
A bedtime that doesn’t end in tears. A morning that starts calmer. A transition that used to wreck the day going a little smoother. A few more foods on the plate. Your child with something left in the tank after school. And you, finally, with a clear sense of what to focus on next instead of carrying all of it in your head.
You don’t need another list of things to try. You need to know what deserves attention first.
Start with what’s happening right now. What’s going well. What’s hard. What’s already being handled. And what could make everyday life a little easier for your child and your whole family.
It all begins with your HolistIQ Autism Wellness Discovery Assessment™.
