The Well Woman, A Personalized Wellness Program for Women on Long Island

“I just don’t feel like myself anymore.” Maybe your sleep is lighter. Your weight sits differently. The workout that used to do the job doesn’t anymore, and nobody can tell you why. Or maybe nothing feels wrong yet, and you’d rather build now than rebuild later. Either way, this page is for you.

Your body changes. Your wellness plan should change with it.

When you've tried everything and none of it feels made for you

Maybe you’ve caught yourself thinking one of these.

“I’m gaining weight, and I haven’t really changed that much.”

“I’m exhausted, but I still wake up in the middle of the night.”

“My energy isn’t what it used to be.”

“I can’t tell if it’s hormones, stress, metabolism or just getting older.”

So you tried. More protein. Less sugar. Different workouts. Supplements. Better sleep habits. Everyone has an answer, and they all sound sure of themselves. But none of it feels like a plan made for you. You’re not lazy, and you’re not doing it wrong. You may not need to try harder. You may need to understand things differently.

Why a physical therapist is leading your wellness plan

Most women’s wellness advice starts with a diet, a supplement list or a one-size menopause plan. I start somewhere else. I start with how your body moves.

I’m Dr. Anubha Goel. I’m a physical therapist and a board-certified holistic health practitioner, with more than twenty years in movement and physical function and over 3,500 clients. Strength, mobility and movement confidence are what support you in the decades ahead, so they sit at the center of this program, not off to the side.

Then I look at everything around it: your sleep, nutrition, stress, recovery and hormonal life stage. They all land in the same body at the same time. (More about me here.)

What if it's not just your hormones?

Hormonal changes can affect how you feel. But hormones are rarely the only part of your story. Your sleep matters. Your stress matters. Your nutrition, your movement, your muscle health and everything you carry every day matters too. Your body doesn’t feel these as separate boxes. It feels one pattern. So your plan shouldn’t treat them as separate either.

Meet The Well Woman

The Well Woman is a 12-week (3-month) personalized wellness program, built around your HolistIQ HealthPrint™. Not a generic meal plan. Not a menopause protocol handed to every woman who walks in. One plan, built around your story, your goals and your real life. I think about it in three stages.

Prepare: build before you need to rebuild

Strength training, balanced nutrition, restorative sleep, regular movement and habits you can actually keep.

Navigate: understand what's changing

I look at changes in your energy, sleep, weight, recovery, stress and life stage, without assuming one thing explains all of it.

Thrive: build for the decades ahead

Support for your strength, mobility, physical function and metabolic wellness, plus the everyday habits that help you stay active and independent.

Two starting points, one goal

“Something feels different.” Your sleep, energy, weight, concentration, strength or recovery has changed. You want to understand what may be contributing and what you can realistically do about it. “I feel well. I want to stay that way.”

You want a proactive approach to your strength, metabolism, movement, nutrition and long-term wellbeing. You’re not waiting for a problem to start investing in your health. Both are good places to start.

What your personalized support may include

Based on your HealthPrint™, your plan may include a movement and strength assessment, individualized nutrition and lifestyle strategies, strength and movement guidance, sleep and recovery support, and stress and daily-life strategies.

You also get five follow-up sessions and accountability between them, so you’re not figuring it out alone.

What makes this different

Most plans hand you a long list. Your HealthPrint™ does the opposite. It brings your concerns, lifestyle patterns, goals and relevant information into one organized picture, then helps identify your three most relevant wellness priorities and where to begin.

For example, a woman with low energy, interrupted sleep and reduced strength might start with a more consistent sleep and recovery routine, a realistic progressive movement plan, and better meal structure, protein intake and hydration. That’s an illustration only. Your top three will be yours.

HealthPrint™ is a wellness-planning tool, not a medical diagnostic test. The optional bioenergetic assessment is a complementary wellness tool and cannot diagnose hormonal, nutritional or other medical conditions.

Your medical team stays your medical team

The Well Woman is designed to complement appropriate medical care. Medical diagnosis, laboratory evaluation, prescription treatment and hormone therapy decisions stay with your licensed medical providers. What I help with is the everyday side: strength, movement, sleep, nutrition and stress, the things that shape how you feel between appointments.

What we actually measure

Progress is bigger than a number on the scale. Your goals are personal, so your progress should be too. Depending on your starting point, I may track your energy and daily stamina, sleep consistency, strength and mobility, movement habits, nutrition consistency, recovery routines, stress-management practices, daily physical function, and your confidence in managing your own wellness. Success isn’t doing everything perfectly. It’s understanding your priorities, building habits that stick and knowing how to move forward. Individual results vary.

Where your journey begins

Not ready to commit to 3 months? Start with one conversation. Every Well Woman journey begins with the Women’s Wellness Discovery Assessment. You don’t have to know whether it’s hormones, metabolism, stress or something else. You don’t need to figure everything out before asking for support. I’ll start with your story, explore your concerns and goals, and help identify where your wellness efforts may be best focused.

Investment: $299. If you enroll in The Well Woman within 14 days, $199 is credited toward your program.

Is The Well Woman the right fit?

It’s a good fit if you want the whole picture: your energy, sleep, strength, metabolism and life stage, with movement at the center. It works whether something already feels different or you simply want to stay ahead of what comes next. Not sure? That’s exactly what the Discovery Assessment is for. I’ll point you toward the right path.

Questions women ask

Not exactly. It’s for women at any stage who want to understand changes in energy, sleep, strength, metabolism and life stage, or who want to build a healthier future. Perimenopause and menopause can be part of someone’s story, but you don’t have to be in either one to join.

No. Some women join because something feels different. Others join because they feel well and want to stay that way. Both are good reasons.

No. HolistIQ is a holistic wellness practice. I don’t diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition. Diagnosis, lab evaluation, prescription treatment and hormone therapy decisions stay with your licensed medical providers.

Never. The Well Woman is designed to complement your medical care, not replace it. Please keep seeing your providers.

It’s a complementary wellness add-on for $199. It cannot diagnose hormonal, nutritional or other medical conditions.

No. I don’t promise weight loss, and I don’t measure success only by the scale. The program looks at metabolic wellness along with your strength, sleep, nutrition, stress and recovery.

The Well Woman runs 12 weeks, which is 3 months. It’s $1,995, with payment plans available in 3 installments. You begin with the Women’s Wellness Discovery Assessment at $299, and $199 is credited toward the program if you enroll within 14 days.

No. I support women across Long Island and Nassau County, and virtual consultations are available too.

Anytime. There’s no perfect moment. There’s just the decision to stop guessing.

Imagine

Sleeping through more nights than not. Having energy left in the afternoon. Feeling strong in your own body. Knowing exactly what you’re working on and why, instead of trying one more thing and hoping. It all begins with one conversation.
